We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all children and families of all races, culture, faith, language or ability. Our aim is to create a harmonious atmosphere in which individual differences are seen as assets and we want all children to feel proud of what contributes to their personal identity. We believe in valuing and celebrating the diversity within our community.
Buds nursery settings take a child centered approach to meeting the needs and views of children in our care, by listening to the children and taking their views seriously, working with the parents and the community to ensure the rights and safety of children are promoted and to give them the very best start in life.
Every child is assigned a key person whose role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. This helps a child to become familiar with the setting, and the key person to build a relationship with the parents.
We provide daily opportunities that stimulate children’s learning and development; covering the seven areas of learning of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
